Whether a proceeding is scheduled to take place at your office or across the country, we provide court reporting and videography professionals that can ensure the job was completed legally within the taking state's deposition laws.
Same Day Delivery/Rough Draft
Rough drafts are always delivered the day the proceeding takes place. No exceptions!
Standard & Expedited Transcript Delivery
Expedited transcripts can be delivered the next day, second day, or third day, etc. Standard delivery is five business days.
Email Delivery
An electronic version of the final transcript, word index, condensed transcript, court reporter certificate page, and exhibits will be emailed to you, according to your requested delivery time.
Exhibit Linking
Ability to link all exhibits exclusive to your deposition or proceeding are available for additional fees. The following formats are accepted/preferred: (XMEF), (LEF), (SBF), and (PDF) formats.
Remote/Virtual and In-person Depositions
Anywhere, Anytime, Anyone. WKyCR specializes in face-to-face and remote options that are easy to use and secure, all while complying with PII (Personally Identifiable Information) state and federal requirements and HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). Remote/virtual depositions will never have an appearance fee and there will be reliable tech support with you for the duration of the deposition. All in-person depositions have daily appearance fees within servicing areas.
Transcription Services
In addition to serving the legal community, WKyCR provides a variety of confidential transcription services for quick access to verbatim records ranging anywhere from recordings, meetings, interviews, conferences, recorded phone calls, and focus groups. Our legal specialties include but are not limited to interrogations, 911 call recordings, jail call recordings, surveillance recordings, witness, victim, and suspect statements, etc. Please contact us to discuss your project.
Legal Videography
Capture demeanor, facial expressions, and body language with video-to-text synchronization. WKyCR specializes in legal videography. We offer video-to-text synchronization, video deposition filming, and accident location filming. All WKyCR videographers are certified through the NCRA as Certified Legal Video Specialists (CLVS).
